Ecobaun Design Site Terms and Conditions: It is understood and agreed that information provided on the Ecobaun design site is the property of Ecobaun and may not be used without express written consent by Ecobaun. The Recipient agrees as follows: 1. The protected information to be disclosed by Ecobaun may be related to Ecobaun’s proprietary ideas, patentable ideas copyrights and/or trade secrets, financial projections, business plans and models disclosed by Ecobaun in any other manner and identified as confidential at the time of disclosure through review of website information or as provided by Ecobaun. 2. Recipient shall use this information only for the purpose of evaluating potential business and investment relationships with Ecobaun. 3. Recipient shall not disclose confidential information or forward password links to any third party without the prior written consent of Ecobaun. 4. This agreement shall not be construed as creating, conveying, transferring, granting or conferring upon the Recipient any rights, license or authority in or to the information exchanged. This agreement is made under and shall be construed according to the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., any and all disputes must be settled in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of California, U.S.A. The parties acknowledge that they have read and understand this Agreement and voluntarily accept the duties and obligations set forth herein.
